At the health center, we have doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and a behavioral health team. We have specialist clinics for diabetes and wounds, among others. We also have a family center with pediatric nurses, midwives, and open preschool. The health center is divided into two clinics, one in Grycksbo and one in Britsarvet, and we collaborate closely.

We work in teams, which means that doctors and nurses meet for daily rounds to plan and address current patient matters. As a medical secretary/health administrator, you will be part of one of the teams where you assist with tasks such as waiting list management and patient bookings.

Together with your colleagues, you will have overall responsibility for the daily administration at the health center. As a secretary/health administrator in primary care, you will work with various tasks such as healthcare documentation, reception work, referral management, case management in 1177, and other administrative actions.

Requirements:

You have one of the following qualifications:

• Medical Secretary Program 120 credits
• Health Administration Program 180 credits
• Medical Secretary YH 400 points
• 1-year post-secondary healthcare documentation education
